Kevin Phillips

Having grown up in Calvary Chapel of Big Bear, Kevin possesses a servant's heart and faithfully seeks to serve God's Kingdom. As Homeschool Principal, he supports families in prioritizing Christ in their homes and hearts.

John Osborn

John has been attending Calvary Chapel Big Bear since 2009, and faithfully serving since 2015. He is the newest member of the elder board. With a purpose for guiding the next generation, he oversees the Youth Ministry, Small groups, and Young Adults. Also, he has a heart  for recovery and leads the One Step to Freedom Ministry. His passion is to see lives transformed through Christ and by the word of God and to walk alongside others in their journey of faith.
